Mindfulness Meditation

A virtual weekday morning or evening class. In this class we do guided meditations, listen to little talks, share experiences and ask questions. We deepen our focus, presence and openness. We expand our curiosity, wisdom, and heart.

The Four Faces Of Love

Starting soon on June 7th, 2023. A four week course in which we explore the four elements of love—lovingkindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity. Practicing and cultivating these qualities show us the true nature of love. This class includes guided meditation, talks, sharing and asking questions. To register go here.
