A New Year. A new beginning. Let’s meditate together and explore mindfulness in its fullness. Beginning this January, a 10-week meditation series live on Zoom. Each class is one hour long.

Wednesday evenings at 7PM Pacific Time (San Francisco) beginning Jan 15, 2025

Thursday mornings at 10AM Pacific Time (San Francisco) beginning Jan 16, 2025

Each class offers a guided meditation, time to share what feels right to share, and a small talk about mindfulness to enrich our meditation practice.
